That combination allows me to look at a training project from both sides: how people need to learn the information and how the final experience should be developed and delivered.

I work directly with clients to assess existing materials, identify learning gaps, design the instructional experience, develop supporting assets, and prepare the finished product for delivery.

For larger projects, I may coordinate specialized tools or outside resources as needed, while remaining the primary point of contact throughout the engagement.
